I’m a huge fan of creamy dips, and they’re easy to make Whole30-friendly. This Creamy Jalapeno Chicken Dip is packed with flavor and always disappears fast. I served it to a group of snack lovers who had no idea it was dairy-free and Paleo.

You can make this dip a day or two ahead—the flavors meld nicely and it’s just as good served cold as it is bubbly and hot from the oven.

I like to serve it with raw vegetables—carrots, cucumber, red pepper strips and thin daikon slices work great. If you aren’t avoiding grains, tortilla chips or crackers are excellent for dipping, too.

For the shredded chicken, use leftovers or a rotisserie chicken for convenience. If you prefer seafood, cooked shrimp would be a lovely alternative.

This dip is perfect for a game day spread, casual get-togethers, or anytime you’re craving something creamy with a bit of heat. It’s simple to prepare and always a crowd-pleaser.
