Real Chocolate Chunk Cookies. Thick, chewy chocolate cookies filled with big pieces of real chocolate. These are a top-notch chocolate cookie you’ll want to bake again and again.

This recipe is the double chocolate take on the original Real Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies. Using chopped real chocolate instead of manufactured chips lets you feature the flavour of your favourite chocolate bar in every bite.

Real chocolate melts and spreads as the cookies bake, giving a gooey, indulgent texture and ensuring chocolate in every bite. Chocolate chips and manufactured chunks are formulated to hold their shape; real chocolate creates a more molten result. Pick your favourite chocolate brand, chop it into chunks and fold it into the dough.

The result is melty, chocolatey cookies with a thick, chewy centre and crisp edges — exactly what you want from a great chocolate cookie.
