    Smirnoff Fluffed Marshmallow Vodka
  • 4
    oz.
    Simply Lemonade
  • splash of club soda
    I prefer Fever Tree brand
  • 1
    slice
    lemon
    halved
  • 1
    t.
    sugar
  • 5 – 6
    fresh mint leaves
  • ice
  • yellow Peep for garnish

Start Cooking

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, add half a slice of lemon, the fresh mint leaves and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Muddle gently to release the mint oils and dissolve the sugar. Add a few ice cubes and pour in the 4 oz. of lemonade. Shake well, then strain or pour the mixture over a glass filled with ice. Top with a splash of club soda for sparkle. Garnish with the remaining half slice of lemon and a yellow Peep marshmallow perched on the rim.
