I wasn’t initially drawn to programs like the 21 Day Fix — I usually follow a simple eat-healthy-and-work-out approach. But the more I learned about it, the more I appreciated that it doesn’t ban foods; it focuses on portion control and balanced meals. Curious but skeptical, I finally gave it a try after a friend encouraged me, and that’s how this whole experience began. I ordered the program while sitting in my small Kansas kitchen and dove in.
Fast forward: I started the program in mid-February and quickly became a fan. The workouts are challenging and effective, Shakeology became a staple for me, and the food is surprisingly flexible and tasty. There’s plenty of room to create flavorful dishes while staying within the plan, and I always felt energized and satisfied.
