Right now I feel deeply disappointed. Some goals I expected to reach by this point remain unmet, and tears come to my eyes as I reflect on my situation.
I want to give up. But I won’t. Even if I remain in this valley longer than I hoped, I refuse to surrender.
To give up would be to steal from myself the chance to try again. It would mean failing to trust God.
On the road to purpose, there are often large rocks in the path and obstacles to overcome.
Yet I will overcome every obstacle.
I will keep moving forward.
I will persistently knock on the right doors until they open.
I will pray earnestly.
I will not abandon my purpose.
I will trust God’s timing.
I will succeed.
I will become all I was created to be.
I will not waste my time.
I will not waste my life.
I am becoming the best version of myself.
I will live as God intends.
I will take time to enjoy the wonders of nature.
I will give generously for as long as I live.
I will love others as Christ loves.
I will focus on what is positive.
I will be filled with joy.
I will surround myself with the right people.
I will be the best friend anyone could ask for.
I will move mountains.
I will go out and conquer.
I will overcome every barrier in my path.
I will prevail.
If you are facing disappointment now, know this: do not give up. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
Repeat these affirmations often; they can help restore hope and strength.
God bless you, and have a great week.
